1. Overall June has been a good month for progression in physical fitness, race pace and endurance plus significant body weight reductions (power-weight).

2. In preparation for the London Inline Marathon – August 10, I have lost 15 pounds in weight and doubled training session time periods.

3. I have, recently, been feeling overly tired, physically and mentally. Sleep has been disrupted, appetite has been low. I put this down to note 2.

My intention is to increase calorie consumption and decrease training session times for one week.
