The most important component on the road to getting and maintaining fitness is consistency. So from the outset, do what you enjoy and do it often.

Participating in your chosen activity once a week for 3 hours will not endow the same benefits of six thirty minute sessions spread over six days.

Keep it fun and keep it consistent.

Remember, fitness is for life, you’re in it for the long haul 🙂
