Yesterday and this morning, horrible times. I’m going to have to research intense activity and depression. Saturday’s intense weight training session left me feeling really depressed on Sunday and Monday morning. I maybe should have done some aerobic work Sunday to offset the intensity of the weight training session.
Today was pure aerobic. I wasn’t ‘up to’ riding on the roads so I plonked the bike on a turbo trainer and worked out in the garden. 2 hours plus saw me come back a little way, mood wise. I think it’s worth noting, after a horrendous day, it can take some hours post workout for my mood to lift. Here’s to later tonight.
