Some days I find it easier to get out and get involved with some activity. Actually communicating about what I did and why I did it, is a lot harder. Mood wise, I’m hovering around 3 out of 10, not great.

I did manage to get through an upper-body workout with 15 minutes aerobic activity thrown in at the end. I’m looking forward to feeling better a little later tonight. I’m hoping I can get to update today’s training blog with a few more details if my mood lifts. Until then, I’m laying low, staying occupied by maybe catching a rented movie. This is what it is to life-manage with bi-polar. I do what I can do when I can do it.
