That’s enough for me – I’m giving up exercise altogether. Anyway exercise only aids weight control, balances cholesterol levels, plays a major part in maintaining blood pressure within a healthy spectrum, helps keep bones and muscles strong, furthers body homeostasis, has positive psychiatric effects and affect, ticks the ‘mirror check’ box … And let me tell you, did you hear about the runner that sustained an ingrowing toenail after three hundred marathons? Yep, it’s definitely not worth the risk?
