A Few Steps to a Healthier You


What you eat today becomes what you are tomorrow, our health and well-being depends upon what we consume. It follows, The path you walk today will dictate the highway you run tomorrow.

  • Reduce your intake of processed and refined foods.
  • Drink a minimum of 2 liters of water every day.
  • Perform 20 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
  • Cut down on alcohol and cut out cigarettes completely.
  • Be aware of your posture - walk tall, shoulders back and stomach in.
  • Don't be shy, be open and passionate
  • Never use a lift when the staircase is available
  • Change is good, don't get trapped in your comfort zone
