 Post subject: ZwiftZone - Crankin' For Double Green - Zwift London Mall

So, I gave it all on the London Mall forward sprint and that resulted in green with a throw-up factor of 9/10 :)

But...

What I do know about my physiology, my Type 2 (fast twitch) sprint muscle fibres recover quickly.

How about a push on the reverse sprint for a double green on the Mall?

Only one way to find out...throw-up bucket at the ready :)
