So, Innsbruck - the loop - and the climbing bit done. As most viewers know, I'm not a particularly good climber, but I'm sure working on it.
One of my goals has been to reduce IRL body-weight, this I have done, I hope to have my Zwift settings reflect the weight loss in a couple of weeks.
For now, things stay the same with Zwift set at 80K.
One of the effects of losing a couple of kilos has been the lowering of my actual sprinting power which has been born out in my 'watts' performance.
As is always the case, a balance between climbing performance and sprinting performance has to be reached.
As this video highlights, just don't quit - ever!
