So, rest day - but was it necessary?
There is only one real way to find out - include a non-rest day, intense, minute or so.
Erm, what's the point of a high-intensity effort within a rest period?, kinda doesn't make sense.
True - but it does factor into whether or not my data is accurate.
Every now and again during an active recovery session, I throw in a high intensity effort.
If my data is accurate I should notice my power/heart rate numbers reflect my fitness status as per the data - today was AR in all zones (ARAZ).
Was I right to hold to my AR session - was recovery necessary at this time?
