You climbed the Alpe - always an excellent achievement.

So, what about the descent - coast? - well, you certainly earned it.

But what about finishing your session with some sprint-spike training.

Start the descent, crank up the power as high as possible for 3-4 seconds - take a seat for 30 seconds or so, and repeat, crank 3-4 seconds, seat 30 seconds... all the way down to the flat.

It's not easy - but given enough sessions, awesome you will become :)
