So, a successful Epic KOM Reverse climb using predominant Type 1 muscle - slow twitch, oxygen rich.

Now to sprints - predominant muscle, Type 2 - fast twitch, powerful but limited - maybe 15 seconds.

These muscle types are not all or nothing, Type 1 and Type 2 do mix within sessions but not overly so.

Hitting a sprint after a climb is a good indicator of mental-muscle Type separation.

Ride On - Type 2!
