Project Elevation - something I started a while back as a means to be a better climber. That is, insert more elevation into training sessions.
I have to admit, I've not been keeping to my initial declaration of a substantive climb once per week.
So, here in the UK it's winter and time to get back to it.
What is it that is said - you are what you do?
