 Post subject: weight..write it down

I'm not an expert but i`ve found writing all your diet and exercise stuff down really help keep track of your progress. certainly makes me feel guilty each time i look and see i messed up again.....keeps you motivated for next time!! :D :D

Totally agree beenie. Something I try and get all my clients to do.

My wife vistits Weight Watchers at our local church, she is given a diary she has to fill in and bring each week, like your method she writes everything she eats and does in way of exercise into the diary. It seems to work for her.
