How much is it going to cost me?

Between twenty and forty pounds per session, depending on where you live.

Your initial consultation is free.

Where will you travel?

For personal one-to-one training, I'm based in the North-West UK, PR8.

On-line programs, help and advice, global!

Training at home or your own chosen location, how does it work?

Firstly get in touch with me, by phone 07710761147 or email or just stop me in the street :)

Together we arrange an initial consultation. This consultation will allow us to chat and get to know each other.

While we chat, I will run through a few general checks to ascertain your current level of fitness. There is nothing to worry about here, everybody is different and nothing is read into the results, they are there just so, when we look back, we can see how far we have come :)

OK, now what?

In your consultation we talked about your goals, now we start the serious business of building your very own, specific, workout and diet plan to achieve those goals

You may have decided to train at a local gym and just need to be guided through exercises, targets, times and other gym related stuff.

Or, you may decided the motivating factor of having a personal trainer is for you. In this case, all your exercise routines are worked in your own home or place of work.

You may be thinking, does this guy bring with him a complete gym setup?
Almost :)

I can bring to your 'place' all the equipment necessary for a complete and thorough workout. Plus, one thing you don't get in the gym, one-to-one professional training.

Of course all the exercise equipment is light-weight, portable and completely safe.

How much room will we need?

A free space of around 8ft sq is more than enough, the main room (move that coffee table to one side. Nice weather, we'll visit the local park or maybe do a spot of jump-rope in the garden.

How long does each session last?

Workout sessions take about 60 minutes to complete.

How many times each week will I have to workout?

This will depend on your goals. The average workout plan consists of two to three home visits each week.

How soon will I see results?

If you work hard and stick to the program (that's my job), you should start seeing definite results in as little as two weeks.

I work strange hours?

As a personal trainer, I work for you, in your time at your convenience.

Sounds good, can I take a trial period?

Absolutely, but I warn you, once you've started training with me you *will* see results, you won't want to go back to 'traditional by-yourself' training.
