What constitutes a warm-up?
I recommend a less intense form of the activity you are about to participate in. Jog before running, 1 mile slow cycle before a race.
There are no secret warm-ups. Just make sure you feel warm and are breathing a little heavier than at rest. Warm up for about ten minutes prior to an event.
