Studies have shown an average adult can lose more than three liters of water, just sitting around. Start to exercise, even mildly, and your bodies water requirement increases significantly.

Don’t run on empty, drink 500ml of water every couple of hours throughout the day. When in training increase this to 500ml every hour and 500ml every 30 minutes whilst working out.
