Final sprint of the session and a push for a possible triple.
This was always going to be close - the climb and reverse sprint had reduced available Type 2 energy to an estimated 15 seconds.
For me, this sprint even a fully-charged day, is an averaged 21 seconds.
I would need to push hard while keeping in mind, this would be a 22-plus second haul.
