I gave it all for the Watopia Forward sprint - The Watopia Reverse wasn't on my mind then, as it shouldn't have been.
Remember that one? - Laser-Like Focus on the task at hand.
But with the Forward done, what was left for the Reverse?
My Type 2 muscle groups, that is, sprint muscles, have adapted to replenish moderately quickly* - at least within the same session, so, the Double Green was a possibility...
Ride On - Laser-Like for the Double!
*[I'd like to add, replenish is not the same as repair. Full repair and adaptation occurs over the following days of non-use]
