A three day rest period - for me, that usually means spending a session at moderate intensity building back up to something like full performance.
And so it was on the Surrey Hills. But, coming down for a primer on the Mall sprint, the legs were warmed and felt strong - I never need an excuse to take on the sprints, this component of the session was no exception.
And, if you're gonna sprint Green is a lovely colour
