What Are The Benefits Of Having A Day Off Exercise? - GTN

Why take a day off training? We want to train hard, race hard & take any opportunity to improve our performance so surely any time lazing around is counterproductive? Wrong, a common misconception is that rest days are for the weak, they are in fact for intelligent athletes! Heres's why!
