Fancy working out like WH cover star, television presenter, and fitness founder Davina McCall? You do! Brilliant, because we've got an efficient and effective workout for you designed by her longtime trainer Sarah Gorman.

Gorman and McCall have been working together for over four years, with myriad classes, DVDs and live workouts under their belts. Gorman's approach – a mix of Barre with dynamic cardio and strength training moves, works major muscle groups and also helps you get a great sweat on too.

Follow along with Gorman as she calls out which move to do next but, if you're struggling to keep up, slow the pace down to a rhythm you're comfortable with. We're much more interested in you getting it right without rushing through and sacrificing proper form.

What you need for this workout
All you'll need for this workout is an exercise or yoga mat and enough room to stretch both arms out to the sides. Besides that, just some water and good vibes!
